I have Parallels 5.0, Mac OS 10.6, and a Windows XP guest OS. I have 2 printers connected to the Imac. When I try to print from the Windows screen, I only see the HP Color LaserJet 8500 PS option. When I click on it, I print to the printer that has been previously selected in the devices menu of Parallels. How do I make both of my printers available directly from a Windows program print menu? I've tried to read the Parallels manuel, and I can't seem to find the answer. Thanks, Ben Dowdey
You have to install your printers in Windows just as you would have to do so if you were simply using a separate real PC connected to these two printers. Just follow whatever instructions for installation in Windows you should have got with the printers, probably including setup disks, and it will work nicely.
