Problems getting through the Parallels Sales and Support Wall

    Hi,

    I work in a small company and handle the finances. One of the employees purchased two licenses and asked me to return one of them (she only needed one). I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to communicate with Parallels - via email, chat and their request system and can not seem to get though their support wall.

    All emails have been returned demanding additional information that I, as the financial person, do not have.

    There was a ticket opened a few months ago on this, but we had to wait to get our Visa bills to get the specific information. Yet, replying to that ticket indicates that it was closed and a new ticket has to be open. To open a new ticket, it needed to be within the 30 day period or we need to buy support

    It appears that I may have to buy support in order to return the license! I plan to try to call later today when their support lines are open. However, I am not confident that I will get though that wall, either. Does anyone have any advice?
