    Hello

I have been having a problem consistently with resuming a previously-suspended XP VM in my Parallels 4.x installation on my OS X Leopard MacBook Pro.

Resuming get about as far a seeing the Windows XP Desktop, but I am never able to click or interact with it. After about 3 minutes, the whole thing crashes... black screen in the VM... and a message pops up saying there was a critical failure and offers to submit a report. I have submitted several such reports. The most recent was a few moments ago and it gave me a "trouble ticket" number of 1350878. However, I cannot find any way to use that information. There's no link and apparently no discoverable database about outstanding or resolve tickets.

If Parallels isn't going to offer any help then perhaps others might be able to help.

Is anyone from Parallels going to answer this?

How do I find what, if anything, happened to the trouble ticket (1350878) I submitted?

It continues to happen. EVERY TIME. Although I can Suspend the VM, when I try to Resume the VM, it goes to a black screen within a minute or two of appearing to be in the final stages of successful restoration.
