Parallels Tools not completing installation

    After upgrading to parallels 4.0.3848, the installation process for Parallels tools stops in the middle of the process with the "The program features you selected are being installed." window visible, with the progress meter complete but no activity.

    Additionally, the windows screen no longer resizes when the Parallels screen is resized.

    Any pointers?

    Hello Daleko, seems that Parallels Tools do not work correctly. Please remove any entry of Parallels Tools from Add/Remove programs, restart VM, then try to install Tools from Virtual Machine menu > Install Parallels Tools. Restart VM when prompted.
