Problems from MBP Wake with P5

guest os: irrelevant ( happens on all )

after waking my macbook pro from sleep, parallels acts like there is a hidden dialog over the window. i can not access any menu items, the app will become active, but the "close, min, max" buttons stay greyed out. all menu items are greyed out and the guest os acts like no keyboard or mouse is attached.

Could you please provide a problem report ID taken after the described situation occurred?

To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Reproduce the bug
2. Click on menu "Help"->"Report a Problem". Wait for Problem Report dialog to appear and click "Send".
If "Report a Problem" menu item is not available (grayed out) too, quit the application (if Cmd+Q doesn't work just kill it from Activity Monitor), restart it again and send problem report as described above.
3. Wait for a while until a confirmation with report ID pops up
4. Post the problem report ID here.

i can not do that. all items in the menu are greyed out and inaccessible. that is part of the problem.

 

sorry. i didn't read the whole post. as soon as i reproduce the problem i'll try force quitting and submitting a report.
