On my mac, after putting the mac to sleep and waking it back up, parallels service prl_disp_service consumes 99% of the processor power. The virtual machine is on a network share and yes... network connection is lost during sleep. What is my real problem is that even after rebooting the mac, the same problem occurs with the specific vm. Other Vms do not show the same behaviour. Is there a solution to this. Parallels 5 on Mac OSX (10.6.2) MacbookPro, 2,5GHz C2D, 4GB RAM, 512Video RAM, Gbit Ethernet. Thanx
Hi, beta_dourou, Could you please send 2 Problem Reports: first Report taken after prl_disp_service consumes 99% after sleep and waking up and second Report taken after rebooting mac and when prl_disp_service consumes 99% of cpu for specific vm ( before send report open that vm window ). To do so, 1. Menu --> Help --> Report a Problem 2. Click "Send" and wait for a while until a confirmation with report ID pops up 3. Post the problem report ID here. Thanks.
