Hi, I have a Macbook Pro, running Leopard, Parallels 3, and Windows Vista. I'd like to upgrade all 3 pieces of software to Snow Leopard, Parallels 5, and Windows 7. Any recommendations on what order I should install the software? thanks! Brian Case
1. Upgrade Mac OS X to Snow Leopard 2. Upgrade Parallels Desktop for Mac to 5 3. Upgrade Windows to 7 Btw, I would recommend you not to upgrade Windows Vista, but to create new fresh Virtual Machine and install Windows 7 clearly.
Thanks for the advice. I was under the impression that if I upgraded Leopard to Snow Leopard first it would make my Parallels 3 install unusable (based on posts I've read.) Is this not the case? I was originally thinking I'd upgrade Parallels first, then Leopard, then Windows. Brian
