    Hi

I just read that Parallels 5 runs W7 "faster than bootcamp"

    ....Well... not in my computer

I wonder how much RAM do you need to run Windows 7

I have a "white" macbook with 2 GB or RAM and Snow Leopard

And well o well, running Windows 7 from Parallels is something i think will not do again

Although i still think Parallels is useful to run Linux, i dont see the point with Windows 7...at least with 2 GB or RAM...Really, your "application" killed my macbook today

And well o well...There is no "Aero" for me...on virtual machine...While i can get it with boot camp

Another issue is tat i lose my "legal" copy of Parallels 4. Will run my virtual machine after uninstalling Parallels 5 and reinstall the "legal" copy of Parallels 4?

Thank you. But i am dissapointed....Broken promises

We are constatnlty working on improvements. If you have issues within your environment - create a support ticket at http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/request/

Yes, it will. It is just required to reinstall Parallels Tools.

You might need to manually select an Aero theme or run the Windows Experience Index before you get Aero in Parallels. It came up Aero-free at first for me, but running the WEI fixed it.

My W7 / P4 setup was painfully slow at 2 GB on my MBP. I bumped it up to 4 GB for $80 and the speed is MUCH better, with little to no lag. What a difference!
