I installed the upgrade last night (3120) - I was on the internet ( firefox) downloading driver for my Epson printer. Tried to close FireFox it's locked - at bottom screen msg. Local Area Connection - A network cable is unpluged.. I tried rebooting the computer. Reopened Windows Xp Same screen and msg. nothing moves.. Please help. bigbob Thanks in advance
No windows is locked up with desktop on firefox - epson web site. I'm open will try anything. I tried ctrl- alt- del nothing happens. bigbob
