Lost windows xp???

I had windows xp downloaded with parallels 3. when i upgraded to 4 everything is gone. i no longer have the disc or pass key. is there anyway to restore the program or am i making another trip to the store?

 

Where did you get to with your PD4 upgrade? Did it finish converting?
