    Hello,
I have a very new iMac that is used for design work. It is the only mac in an exclusively Windows environment. I have put on Parralells desktop with win xp pro to get out outlook and be able to access network, send e-mail, have global address list, etc. I can access my exchange account through Apple mail, but no calendars or address list.

I first of all don't know how to log on. On a normal non admin computer, you sit down control+alt+delete and get login screen, with user name, password, and domain box. Can not figure out how to get domain box to get me connected.

Also, running Office 2007, can not connect to exchange through outlook. It is unable to configure my e-mail server settings automatically, and even when I put in the exchange server myself, it won't connect. It has somehow been able to pull up my username, but that is it.

When I try to open outlook, I get the error message "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The attempt to logon to Microsoft exchange has failed."

I think we are running an exchange 2003 server, but as I am the only mac, there is no support for me and they would prefer I am not on the network at all.

Not sure if this is a mac issue, parallels issue, or my internal network. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I don't know exactly, but just a couple of points:

    - please use Bridged networking. It is prefferable in office-environment (but not always works)

    - Is Windows VM joined to domain?
