Not getting past post, please help (Screenshot included)

I've been trying to install my workplace's copy of Windows 7 Enterprise Edition, but It doesn't seem to detect a boot device. Does anyone know what's going on? I've set it to boot from an image file of my copy of Win7.

If you are using a disk then make sure that the disk is connected to the virtual machine and if it is still not working then try to installing with an .iso image.

 

I've tried both ways, but it's still not getting anywhere
