Parallels on Snow Leopard Host - Will support 64-bit guests?

Will my copy of Parallels 4.0 run on Snow Leopard?

Will I be able to run a 64-bit Windows Guest?

I believe the current build 3844 will not support 64 bit operation and guests.

 

I run Windows Vista x64 all the time in SL

so, yes, it will work. The thread referred to concerns running Parallels in a 64-bit host. There was no discussion of 64-bit guests.
