Issues with Guest OS Install

Hi there,

I had a problem where my XP VM got hung up in suspend. I went through a bunch of steps, the manually killing of processes, etc. Still no good. I just decided I wanted to setup a new VM.

When I create a new virtual machine I have a bunch of issues.

First, it won't let me chose REAL CD/DVD-ROM option (its grayed out), so I made an image of the CD and choose that. I enter the CD key, and follow the steps. When I get to the point to click CREATE, the screen flash to the next step of the wizard (Creating Virtual Machine I think) and then jumps back to the Specify Name and Location screen again. So I cannot create a new Instance.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall Parallels. I repaired permissions, etc.

Any ideas?
