I just installed Parallels Desktop 4.0 today on my MacBook and it all runs really great except for one little quirky issue. When I go to Windows Vista, I have to have "Caps Lock" button on in order to write in small case (like this). When I have "Caps Lock" off (no green light) then it types everything in CAPS. In other words, in the Windows mode, the CAPS LOCK is inverted. How do I correct this?

    Hello Greg,

I would request you to perform below steps:

    1. Click on the below link to download the DMG file of latest update of Parallels:

    http://download.parallels.com/deskt...lsDesktop-parallels-en_US-4.0.3844.408728.dmg

    2. After downloading the DMG file, open it and choose uninstall and make sure to select "Application Settings" while uninstalling.

    3. Then open the same DMG file and choose install.

    4. Launch Parallels Desktop and start Windows.

    5. Uninstall Parallels Tools from add or remove programs(start menu/control panel), after uninstalling, restart Windows.

    6. Install Parallels Tools from virtual machine tab on top menu bar.

    Thank You.

Greg- If this isn't a permanent condition, just restart your guest OS. That usually does it.

You might also try toggling the different shift keys a few times. That some times does it for me.
