I cant see Paralles on full screen mode

    Hi there
    I completed the installation, everything seems to be right, but I cant get full screen mode, I get the same screen size all the time. How can I fix this trouble? Thanks

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have installed Parallels Tools, if not the start the vm and click on Virtual Machine from the menu bar on the top and click on Install Parallels Tools.
    If you have installed Parallels Tools already then try to reinstall it again and then go view from the menu bar on the top and click on full screen.
