version 3.0 keeps crashing

    I am trying to run version 3.0 for the first time and it keeps crashing. I reinstalled it and nothing changed. I am running mac OS 10.5.7
    Nothing in the knowledge base addresses my problem. Help

    You need to uninstall and install back Parallels Desktop. It is important to do a complete uninstall first exactly as it is described in the following article: http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790
