Virtual Machine Start Button Grayed Out/Disabled

I've been looking around and I can't seem to find how to start my virtual machine, running Windows XP SP3.
As far as I can remember, the last time I stopped it, I was running a game 007 Nightfire, quit it, and stopped the machine. Now, when I open the virtual machine window, I just get the default window.
I do recall that I tried to start the machine earlier, and it stopped on the first progress bar on the Windows boot screen. I didn't think much of it, stopped the machine, and eventually quit Parallels when nothing happened.

Thank you very much. I had no idea it was frozen, so I didn't try killing any processes before. Worked perfectly.
