lost my license key

    It means that you have already registered this key... Try contacting our sales dep. (866) 248 89 06
    And if you're not sure that the key you obtained is correct try the second way -- open Terminal (Applications/Utilities), and type
    cat /Library/Parallels/.parallels_license_3.0
    press enter. The ouput will be your version 3.0 key
