I'm running Parallels 3.0 build 5608 and frequently I get a "video memory is low" message at which point my cursor is unresponsive to anything on the virtual machine. I normally have it in Coherence and trying to click on any item is unresponsive. I then cannot shut down windows and must perform a forced quit to get out. I have increased the video memory (go to EDIT and select memory and increased video memory to 16 MB) but no luck. From time to time Build 5636 appears on the updater and when I download the file and double click I receive this message "Parallels-desktop-563 not recognized" and the image won't mount. I was hoping that the upgrade would resolve this screen freeze with 5608. I would happily provide my license number to Parallels support in lieu of a fix to these problems (and perhaps a link to 5636 to download since the updater fails). Looking forward to a solution. Thanks, Scott
Having the same problem did you find a resolution Hi, I found that same issue with regard to video freeze where, you just had to force quite the app in order to gain any control over your computer, I hope that you were able to find a solution.
