Unfortunately, I don't know this is a problem with MS or Parallels Beta 3106. On both my MBP and my iMac I have a security update that appears in Windows marked (KB 890859) and no matter how many times I download and install the update, and restart, it just keeps reappearing. Are other Parallel's users seeing this same update reappearing again and again?
