No keyboard no mouse virtualizing windows 2000 pro using Parallels Desktop 4.0

    Dear All,

    I'm a new mac os x user and I'm trying Parallels Desktop 4.0.
    I need to use windows 200 pro, so I tried to install it.
    The installation procedure seems to go well, but there is no way to use the keyboard and the mouse.

    Do you have some idea about I can resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    Please first of all make sure that Guest Operation System you specified is on the list of supported Guest OSes:

    http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/sr/

    Also make sure that Parallels Tools are installed. Go to Mac Menu top bar --> Virtual Machine --> Install Parallels Tools.
