Not sure if all of you all consider this a bug, but it kinda bugs me. Is this user error or a design flaw. I have an Intel IMAC 20" running XP-Home within the Parallels virtual machine and the latest OS-X. IF I have the virtual machine via Parallels running I am unable to import an audio CD into the OS-X Itunes. What happens is that Parallels seems to default to the XP virtual machine for access to the CD/DVD drive even if I am not accessing that virtual machine application at the time. When I looked around my IMAC and went over to the virtual machine I saw that there was a screen message asking me if I wanted to copy the CD data and displayed a dialogue box. What is your opinion on this? How should the Parallels application folks handle this in regards to their eventual production release?

You have the choice now of having Parallels capture newly connected CDs when the VM is running or not. Disable the VM CD from the Parallels device menu, or the VM console, when you want to use it in OSX.
