Can't get Win XP to install. nothing happens

I tried creating a new virtual machine in Parallels 4, I select an ISO file for Win XP, then click the Start button in the upper right, but nothing happens, no installer appears, nothing happens.

Help!
I tried installing under both Windows and "Other OS" but same thing.
What am I doing wrong?

 

Try Express Windows installation, if this is not what you are trying already of course:

Also, you can try creating Virtual Machine first, try the custom mode:

And after that try installing Windows from an image:

I have tried all 3 already, but nothing happens when I press start
It just sits there, does not seem to try loading the ISO.
Not even an error message.
