I tried opening internet explorer and it crashed 99% of the time I tried to open it, it worked once and I used that opportunity to install firefox. I then installed a few programs from the internet and tried to open them, they didn't respond either. What's wrong?
Emily Brown, If this is an old VM, it is very probable, that it is more of a Windows issue. You should contact Microsoft support on this.
