Hi, my new Mac has (2) 250GB drives. I know that Parallels has to be installed on the boot drive, but can the Virtual Machine be installed on the second drive? I really want to keep them separate so I can just remove the VM drive if needed. Also, the second drive has not yet been formatted. I am assuming I need to format it in Mac OS extended? Thanks in advance for your help, happy holidays. justin
Yes, you can put the VM on the second drive. Yes, you should format using Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
