I'm using bootcamp with the new parallels beta, and my hardware manager is showing "Other PCI Bridge Device" and "Video Controller" with yellow exclamation marks.

Clean install of OSX and XP,

    1) Formatted entire hdd & setup osx
    2) Installed bootcamp and installed XP Home SP2
    3) Installed Mac's driver disc
    4) Installed Parallels tools for bootcamp
    5) Switched to OS X and installed parallels

As far as I can tell there were no problems installing the mac driver disc or parallels tools but the coherency button does nothing :-(

    Anyone else getting this?

If you want to run Coherency in your Bootcamp VM, you also need to install Parallels Tools again from within Parallels itself. Your list shows that you installed Tools in Bootcamp, but not while using it as a VM. So you need to select Install Tools from the Action menu of P.D. after your Bootcamp VM is up and running.

Tools for Bootcamp is independent from Tools in Parallels, as I understand it. You need to have both installed in order to use Coherency as well as the shared folders, clipboard, and instant mouse focus between OS X and the XP VM.

    Just download the new beta
Did follow up "boot first from boot camp"
    Then boot parallels on mac
Still have to install again my windows XP
I thought XP was booting from boot camp on my parallels
    Did I do anything wrong

Yes you did, but hopefully this will help. Chose "Custom" (when creating a new VM) and on the third or fourth dialog box you will be able to chose the Bootcamp partition as the source to make your VM from.
