3036 & Boot Camp: It just wont boot...

Is Tools for Boot Camp installed?

Ok I installed Tools for Boot Camp after copy pasting Drivers.cab to sp2.cab since Ive got a Corp edition then after that I try to load it in Parallels using Parralels Configuration and I get this error now, Ive tried both Parallels Config & Profile 1 and I've also tried copy pasting ntfs.sys from the windows CD but I get the same error..

I tried booting in Boot Camp after this and it works fine, it just wont boot in Parallels.
