I have been unable to install Windows XP Pro (Retail version 2002) with Parallels. After going through the installation blue screens, the console reports "Starting Windows". After a couple of seconds, I get a BSOD that flashs quickly, and Parallels returns to the VM window. The BSOD messages appears to say "Session3_Initalization_Failed", but it flashes by too quickly to view. (I cleaned the CDROM, etc., and the DVD/CD drive appears to work with other disks ok).

I have also installed RHEL4, and it appears to be working correctly.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?
