Two problems. 1: When I click "Devices," everything is blacked out, I cannot get into the CD. 2: When I try and "start" the parallels desktop using the Go button, the screen goes partially dark and then a box pops up telling me to restart my computer. No computer keys work, I'm not able to back out of it, and I have to manually shut the computer down. Then the next time it does not remember the activation key. Any suggestions are hugely appreciated!
