I have a rather complicated problem.

I came back in town and found that Windows XP (my GOS) was demanding activation and then found out I could not do so because Microsloth is extraordinarily greedy and only allows for one installation.
I eventally just tried removing that hd and creating a new one to install a new OS on. This has not been successful.
It just repeats formatting the hd for installation and the saying it is installing system files... then starts all over again.

Do I need to reinstall parallels? If so, how do I go about doing this?
Just trash the program and then reinstall it?
Is there any way to salvage the mass amount of work I had done under the previous GOS?

Any input would be very much appreciated.

Why don't you just call Microsoft and reactivate your alredy installed XP?

It was already installed on my desktop pc.
I am attempting to run Parallels on my Macbook.
