It seems my HP works on the Mac side. However about half of the time I have a paper jam when I try to print out of Parallels. Is that because Parallels only has 1.1 USB that slows up the printer thus causing paper jams?

Also what's the difference between 1970 and the 1940 besides an easier method for getting on the Internet.

Does 1970 finally have USB 2.0? Does it have a capability of burning Windows CDs?

As many of you know I got my ESSENTIAL serial speakerphone modem working in 1940. I need a great reason to try to upgrade.

If you are using Bonjour, you are reaching the printer through the network adapter. The USB 2.0 constraint is not a factor. The Mac handles the USB 2.0 interface to your printer.

Is Bonjour's network adapter slowing my printer down causing the paper jams half the time?

BTW I went and downloaded 1970. My serial speakerphone modem is still working fine, THANK GOD!!!!

I'm just a sucker with new official releases I guess. No, I read that the build 1970 is FULLY compatible with Leopard, that's what actually got to me. I'm planning on buying Leopard in spring.
