as much as a number of people complain about parallels support, it seems like now their mail server is full and isn't taking questions submitted via their web page. this is really not good. oddly, their mail server is in russia. does anyone hear from them? this is the bounced message i've gotten for 9 hours: ... while talking to server.parallels.ru.: MAIL From:<[email protected]> SIZE=1576 <<< 452 4.4.5 Insufficient disk space; try again later <[email protected]>... they reply to what they want to when they want to- basically there is no support unless you ask the right question
. Fair insentive to ask the right question. Make sure an extensive search of the forums is done first. Make sure all faq's are read first. Make sure all documentation is read first. Make sure any questions are posed on these forums first. If one really does all that, and a question still remains, then it probably is unique, and relevant. Then one will recieve an answer. .
