I turned this feature on after using Parallels w/o it for the past week and now want to turn it back off. How do you do this? I tried uninstalling the Parallels Tools but that seemed not to work. Using XP SP2 on a 17" MB Pro 2gs ram Thank You.
. I really thought a Mac person would have helped you by now. But that's not the case, so three things first. 1. Way back when, I had some trouble with the Mouse sync tool, so I haven't used it for ages and can't say for sure. 2. I don't have a Mac, so can't say for sure. 3. I like to help wherever I can. That I can say for sure. In my Windwoes guest there is an icon in the system tray(beside the clock) for Parallels tools. When I open that, I see that every other tool has an "enable" check box. It should be just a matter of unchecking that box. .
Where do you go to turn it off. The only place in windows that I see the mouse sync tool is under the controls panel in the add hardware area. You can not disable it there; however if you go to the device manager and turn it off there, the mouse input stops functioning all together. I've tried that. Any thoughts? Help...
