I turned this feature on after using Parallels w/o it for the past week and now want to turn it back off. How do you do this? I tried uninstalling the Parallels Tools but that seemed not to work.

Using XP SP2 on a 17" MB Pro 2gs ram

    Thank You.

I really thought a Mac person would have helped you by now. But that's not the case, so three things first.
    1. Way back when, I had some trouble with the Mouse sync tool, so I haven't used it for ages and can't say for sure.
    2. I don't have a Mac, so can't say for sure.
    3. I like to help wherever I can. That I can say for sure.

In my Windwoes guest there is an icon in the system tray(beside the clock) for Parallels tools. When I open that, I see that every other tool has an "enable" check box. It should be just a matter of unchecking that box.

Where do you go to turn it off.

The only place in windows that I see the mouse sync tool is under the controls panel in the add hardware area. You can not disable it there; however if you go to the device manager and turn it off there, the mouse input stops functioning all together. I've tried that. Any thoughts?

    Help...

Try installing Parallels tools again, with mouse sync not checked.
