Using Mac 10.4.7 on iMac. Followed all instructions up to step 9 "Follow installation instructions for the operating system" & got as far as Press Enter to Continue then the mouse quit working and nothing else happened. I had to force quit, now it says the virtual Machine is already being used. I'm confused and I have no clue what to do now!

    Enter Key

Look in the user manual under section entitled "Keyboard Shortcuts in a Virtual Machine" and "Capturing and Releasing the Keyboard and the Mouse". Parallels and the host OS must share the keyboard and mouse, etc. So they have to be passed back and forth. To pass control to the guest OS, click anywhere inside the guest OS screen. Once there, then it should respond when you press enter. To pass control of the keyboard and mouse back to the host OS, press the [ctrl] and [alt] keys simultaneously..

    Hope that helps.
