Can anyone give me any information on how I can connect to the Internet through my guest OS, Windows XP. I have been emailing and calling Parallels for over a week with no response. I am running a Mac with OS X Tiger on a MacBook Pro. If you need additional info please reply. I am not too computer literate though, I know just the basics.

    Hi

When you run Parallels go to the edit configuration dialog box and check ' enable ethernet bridge'. You may need to scroll down a selection box. After that save the changes to your virtual machine.

Once you are in Windows try the internet explorer, if the msn website or homepage appears you will be all set for using the net and email.

You will need to set up an email account for windows, don't forget to add the same details for your account as the ones in your MAC email set up details, ie incoming/outgoing information.

Hope this helps, all the best, LV69.
