Fatal Error 46518!

    I have latest build 3810 installed and facing fatal errors several times a day.

    I have sent M A N Y problem IDs to Parallels when happened.

    You should already got enough data to sort it out the problem.

    The latest problem ID is 46518!

    Please fix this important unstable issue!

    Try using one CPU on your virtual machine (Configure -> CPU). Also, in Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager, check if the processor drivers are marked by a yellow exclamation sign. If so, right click on them and update the drivers.

    Hi! Flagg,

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

    I am trying to use 1 CPU to check it again.

    But why you suggest so? I though supporting multiple CPUs is one of the feature of PD4?

    Any requirement needed for running 2 CPUs both in hardware or software point of view?

    I will see if any fatal error happened for 1 CPU and will update here soon!

    Hi! Flagg,

    As promised, it happened again! My loverly Fatal Error even in one CPU!

    Also checked, no CPU driver problem found!

    The latest problem ID is 46633!

    This is the first troubleshooting step to suggest in the case of using multiple cores. If it does help you, then the issue is with multiple core support, and we will pick up from there. I would urge you to check on the drivers, as mentioned above.

    On the requirements, you would need the appropriate drivers. And, of course, a dual core CPU.
