Since upgrading to build 3810 my logitech dual action usb controller no long responds correctly. I've had issues since upgrade to v4 with windows xp detecting usb devices I've set to the virtual machine but now the system can't properly read the button inputs. It will randomly read a button as being held down after it has been released and sometimes won't recognize a button as being pressed at all. Reverting back to build 3552 fixed all issues as a reinstall of 3810 and windows was unsuccessful in fixing the problem.
It is very hard to determine situation without investigation 1. Please follow steps bellow we have special build 3810, which allows us to debug USB related problems. http://download.parallels.com/suppo...lsDesktop-parallels-en_US-4.0.3810.342466.dmg Please download it and install and perform additional step bellow Set following flag under Configure -Hardware -> CPU -> System flags property. (Select Show advanced settings) Please type devices.usb.loglevel=3 click OK, and start Virtual machine Connect USB device to VM, wait for connection till error, and submit problem report from Parallels Desktop - Help menu -Report a problem and write down report ID. 2. create ticket in support and provide report ID there and reference to your thread on forum, and device model URL http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/request/
