Parallels opens but won't start VM Bootcamp ("application not responding"). After pushing the play button the program goes into beach ball spin and I must use force quit to stop. I have uninstalled/reinstalled many times following instructions on forums including using the terminal instructions and re-downloading the 5636 build. Boot Camp opens properly on its own. Parallels ran correctly on my previous MBP running 10.5.6 but will not work now on the new replacement machine. Parallels says it is activated. Please help. This is the first problem I have had in years of Parallels use but after many hours I can't solve it. Thanks. Powerbook 17 2.5 OS 10.5.6 Parallels 3 5626 Build Boot Camp Windows XP
Please reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790 Please pay special attention to fact, that there should not be any old build mounted in Finder, or on CD, Also you can try to delete Boot Camp VM, and start Parallels Desktop which will create new Boot Camp VM
Reinstalled following directions multiple times with same problem. Don't have any builds mounted other than the installation dmg. just tried deleting bootcamp vm and restarting parallels Desktop to create new Boot Camp VM. Starting new boot camp vm sends Parallels into same loop as described originally. What next?
I do not want to ask logs here, could you please create ticket in support http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/request/
