size of VM doubles?

    I've search a bit on this but still have a basic question: I've set my VM to be 100GB but I see that its taking up over 200GB on my disk. Im using Win XP and Parallels v4. Any explanation for this?

    1. You backed up old VM inside pvm bundle
    2. You are using snapshots

    yes- lots of snapshots.... How can I reduce/combine these? thanks
