drag&drop stuff between os´s ??

Hi!
How do you drag&drop stuff between osx and windows xp? (and wise versa?)

Create a shared folder (just a plain folder) on the OS X side. From Parallel's configuration Editor select Edit and Shared folders. Hit the + sign and browse to the folder. The folder will appear on the xp desktop.
