Change VM configuration - how to?

    How can I change the configuration of my VM? When I select the menu item, the menu-point "Virtual machine ..." is greyed out and I get a message that the virtual machine can not be changed as long as it is running. If I stop the VM and restart Parallels 3, I select the VM I want and it immediately starts - not giving me the chance to make any changes.

    What can I do?? Thanks!
