Found what I thought is a bug of this first release version relating to the inability to reset the screen resolution.

    Setup:
    MacBook Black with 2G RAM.
Upgraded Parallels Desktop from RC2 to Build 1848
    Upgraded Parallels Tools
Windows XP Pro with all the latest updates on a fixed 11G VM volume
512Mb RAM allocated to Parallels Desktop and 412Mb allocated to Windows XP

    Screen resolution:
    Custom resolution 1024x726
    Custom resolution 1280x800

    Steps to demonstrated the bug:
    1. Started up WinXP in a 1024x726 window under OS X
    2. Switch to Full Screen mode
    3. Changes Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Screen resolution to 1280x800
    4. Switch back to windowed mode
    5. Switch back to Full Screen mode
    6. Reset the Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Screen resolution to 1024x726
    7. Switch back to windowed mode
BUG: Windows switches back to 1280x800 resolution during the transition leaving the Start menu unaccessible. Had to use the Cmd key to pop up the menu to save the day.

I note that during the change of screen resolution setting, there's no longer a confirmatory pop-up dialogue box. The behaviour is different to running Windows on a PC or in RC2.

No Display control panel "Settings" tab!

My install of Windows XP SP2 Home, with all updates applied and Parallel's Tools installed, shows no tabs with the Display Properties control panel save the Themes tab. What happened to all the other tabs, including Settings? I using the 1848 build, having started from the RC2 build.
