Macbook Pro Insert Key in P4

I am using a program where I do a Shift-Insert to insert a new line in a view of a database. It is a proprietary program so no, I can't work around it, I need the Insert key. In P3, I was able to do this with a <FN> <SHIFT> <ENTER> since the enter key using the <FN> key does an Insert. This does not work in P4 anymore though and I'm not sure how to map it in Mac System Preferences. Any suggestions?
