Can I use Boot Camp and Parallels 4 to launch the same XP Pro installation without interfering with Window's activation each time? I had problems in the past and gave up on using Boot Camp.

    1. If you didn't use OEM disk to install Boot Camp
    2. If you are using build 3540
    there should be no activation

    Bigtime headache with activation

I have a bit of a different problem that PD support only refers me to Windows for support. I have tried everything suggested.

It is a relatively simple problem: No activation code works for windows xp when using the virtual machine.

I have never been able to even use my PD 3.0 and somehow they think that I don't deserve a refund (cause it's been so long trying to get it to work in the first place!) and that microsoft should fix my problem, not them.

Anyway, frustration spent, does anyone have any ideas on how to get this working? And, no, I will not be upgrading to 4.0 just to do it.

I'd honestly rather just get my money back at this point and purchase the next level of mac X since I'm on 10.4 something.

    Help?

The simple way to check is to try custom installation, and this will be real installation,
Enter your activation key, if it will be accepted, it is,
I suppose problem may be either in attempt to install OEM version, or some misprinting
