Virtual Machine upgrading...

    Each time I start my virtual machine, - which I used in 3.0 and then was moved over 'upgraded' to Parallels 4.0 - seems to need to upgrade.

    Why do I need to upgrade everytime?

    It means upgrade was not finished
    Why it is actually , yo need to click CTRL+ALT+CMD+R and go to manual mode and check why Parallels Tools are not installing
