how to reduce the size of hdd file in MAc OS to the actual size of Windows C drive

also, from the most recent post i understand that decompressor (or what @specimen suggested) is not really an option.

i hope you will be able to solve the problem that i am facing. 10GB is precious space on my laptop HDD!
