New Installation. Problem launching XP

    Just installed 4.0 with newest download. Loaded Windows XP Home 2 and launched my virtual machine this a.m. I received a blue Windows text screen that said I needed to restart if I'd not done that before. But could not shut it down or restart. The error was DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    Since this is a brand new install and I'm already having what seems to be major problems, I uninstalled Parallels. However, I'd like to be able to use it safely. Any ideas what I need to do to run it smoothly?
