all of a sudden parallels grew to 216GB

    last night my parallels grew to 216GB. i think it used to be in the megabytes. how do i fix this?

    Go to Virtual Machine => Configure, open the General tab and check the 'Do not back up with Time Machine' checkbox. Also be advised that excessive use of snapshots or improper SmartGuard settings may have caused the increase in size
