Start, Toolbar display in coherence mode

I was using the v3 trial, and when it expired, had no option but to buy V4 (with no option to review first). So, I will post a bunch of questions to see if I can get anywhere.

Parallels 4 in coherence mode still displays at the bottom of the screen above the doc the Windows XP start button and tool bar (i.e. quick launch tool bar, icon tray, etc.)
The start is in the dock as it should be also. This does not make any sense. Is it suppose to do that? How do I get rid of the tool bar?

Go to Applications => Hide Windows Taskbar. If you ever need it again you can get it back by clicking the 'Show Windows Taskbar' option that will replace the first one.
